If you are a dab hand at DIY and have practical maintenance skills we’d love to hear from you. Experience of performing routine maintenance or DIY tasks is preferred and any specialist skills i.e. plumbing, electrician, heating etc would be welcomed but not essential.
Working in line with Health & Safety policies. this role will help keep our shop floors and back areas in good working order as a safe and welcoming place to be for both customers and volunteers.
Dependent on location and skills, we are looking for two/three volunteers for this role, who could work either independently or as a team on larger projects. The role is totally flexible and will include tasks such as painting and decorating; changing light bulbs; maintaining equipment and furniture; and general building maintenance.
