Where you will be based – Community Engagement Office, St Catherines Hospice
Why we want you
Join us as a Volunteer Fundraising Assistant to help us to truly understand and recognise the kindness people show to St Catherines Hospice. Bring your enthusiasm and team working skills to support everything from marathon runners to Skydivers and knitter natter groups. By supporting and getting to know our fundraiser we’ll be in a great place to make maximise their enjoyment of fundraising for us and safeguard the future of the hospice.
What you will be doing
Calling and emailing supporters who have registered to fundraise for St Catherines and find out about their plans and how we can help.
Logging the calls on our CRM system Donorflex.
Thanking supporters after their events to ensure they feel appreciated.
The skills you need
Ability to work well in a team
Good communication skills
Happy to work on a computer
