Academy at Worden hosts third annual Santa Dash for St Catherine’s!

More than 300 pupils pulled on their Santa suits and formed a fabulous flurry of Father Christmases as they took part in a sponsored Santa Dash around the school grounds.

It was the third year that Academy at Worden has organised the event in aid of St Catherine’s Hospice and was once again a great success.

St Catherine’s senior fundraiser Norman Cutler said: “It is fantastic that the Santa Dash is now an important part of Academy at Worden’s Christmas calendar of events and we’re extremely grateful for their on-going support.

“It is wonderful to see the students enjoying the event whilst raising important funds for the hospice.”
