Get in the festive spirit at our spectacular Christmas Festival!
St Catherine’s Hospice will be transformed into a winter wonderland when our first ever Christmas festival takes place next month.
The event takes place on Friday November 30 and Saturday December 1 and features a host of fun, family attractions to kick-start your festive season.
You can get ahead with your Christmas shopping at the market stalls lining the driveway – where we’ll be selling everything from vintage clothes and jewellery to beautiful gifts and handbags – while our bottom lawn will host a food market featuring local suppliers and various tasty treats, made here at the hospice.
Our Garden Room will also be taken over by our annual craft fair, and local choirs and bands will be performing hymns and carols to get guests in the festive spirit.
Santa will be also be paying a visit – taking up residence in his very own grotto accompanied by his cute and cuddly reindeers – and there will even be an ice rink where you can get your skates on for a magical spin.
We’ve got Christmas covered – and you can even pick up your tree from us!
Rachel Hewitt, head of trading at St Catherine’s Hospice, said: “We’re really excited about our first ever Christmas Festival and we’re sure we’ve got something to interest everyone – from ice skating to Christmas shopping or a visit to Santa.
“It promises to be two great days of Christmas celebrations here at St Catherine’s – which will also raise much-needed funds to support our valuable work.”
A park and ride service will also be in operation from the B&Q at Bamber Bridge.
Entry is just £1 per person and free for kids.
