Latest donation from APG Domestic Services takes total to £780

A local heating firm has handed over another donation to St Catherine’s Hospice – taking the total raised since last October to a fantastic £780.

APG Domestic Services named St Catherine’s Hospice as its chosen charity last autumn.

Since then, for every invoice raised, the Leyland-based company has made a donation to support the specialised care of St Catherine’s.

The initiative follows the company raising £150 for St Catherine’s in a prize draw at the annual Preston City Games last summer.

Lynne Whittaker, corporate fundraiser, said: “We’re delighted to receive this latest donation from APG and are extremely grateful to them for their ongoing support of the charity.

“We hope the partnership will continue going from strength to strength throughout 2016 and beyond.”
