Schools’ Christmas collections raise vital funds for St Catherine’s
Christmas collections are being held at schools across Central Lancashire – helping to raise vital funds for St Catherine’s over the festive season.
St Oswald’s Primary School in Longton and Moss Side Primary School in Leyland are holding retiring collections at their nativity plays, with funds being donated to St Catherine’s.
Meanwhile Trinity St Michael’s Primary School in Croston is selling various items of Christmas merchandise in support of the hospice.
Senior fundraiser Norman Cutler said: “We’d like to say a big thank you to all the schools, pupils, parents and staff for their generous support this Christmas.”
