Barbara Ann Fitzsimmons 1941 - 2021

It is with such sadness and regret we create this tribute page to the most amazing woman, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, wife, auntie, sister and mother in law. Barbara passed away peacefully at St Catherine’s Hospice, Lostock Lane, Lostock Hall, Preston surrounded by all her loved ones, in the kind, tender and efficient care of the palliative team. We will be eternally grateful for the magnificent care and dignity given to Barbara as well as the opportunity for the family to say their final goodbyes. We would kindly request family flowers only. Anyone wishing to express their love and condolences towards this beautiful lady, then we would ask that you would instead, make a donation to St Catherine’s Hospice.
