Story
Darrell was a joy to spend time with and have a laugh, everyone who met him was greeted warmly. He enjoyed sharing adventures and saw the funny side in everything. That laugh again booming out!
Darrell was a much respected primary school teacher, so much so the school has named the new library in his honour.
He loved to travel and had a passion for music of all kinds but especially rock n roll, something I’m sure he got from his mum playing Elvis when he was small.
He was a lovely husband to have and an amazing and supportive dad to Nanci.
His sister, Jacquie, spent lots of lovely times hiking with him in recent years.
He brought fun to all occasions and never took life too seriously. He is greatly missed xx
