Story
Phyl (Mary) Jones was a much loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She even managed to make friends during her brief time in St Catherine’s and staff joined together to applaud her when she moved to a care home.
She never lost her sense of humour, finding a new love of selfies in her final months and choosing her look of the day with care to share with family and make them smile.
She was determined to enjoy a meal with all four generations joining together to welcome her brand new great-granddaughter into the world and her courage was inspirational to many.
